Our Returns Policy 

What items are returnable for exchange?

  • Damaged upon delivery. (proof needed eg: photo or video)
  • Wrong Items. Not what was displayed in pictures.
  • Wrong sizes can be sent back and we will send the correct size. Otherwise we will issue a credit for what you paid, if you choose not to send it back we will credit you 50% of what you paid. Other arrangements can be made so that our customers are happy with any outcome.
  • (All return request must be within 3 days of delivery.)
  • Upon return all postage expenses must be covereded by the customer and must include a tracking number.

    What items are non-refundable?

    • Free gifts or promotional/discounted items.
    • Wrong sizing. 
    • Change of mind.(not what you expected it would look or feel like)
    • An uncontrolled delay in shipping.
    • Return request after 3 days of delivery.
    (If you change your mind for any reason on any item you've purchased from our online store, we will issue you with a credit note for the value of the item(s) you are returning. Change of mind includes instances where a style didn't suit you, did not fit you how you wanted.)
